The culinary approach focuses on Abruzzi, an Italian region located in the Middle Eastern coast of the Italian boot. The region is famous for its unique climate that allows the ingredients used in our dishes to grow organically. We are also proud of our traditional method of producing extra virgin olive oil, which comes directly from our lands.
